Return and Refund Policies

We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.For stitched dresses, we only accept returns if there is a stitching defect or if we sent the wrong size or colour.

Please  note that custom stitched dresses, made to order  dabka and embroidery dresses, and sale items are not eligible for return or refund. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return and send you the correct item. 

Exchange Policy:

For size exchanges, the new item will be sent subject to stock availability and return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
